Registered users who are certified by nurses can log in to the “SUPPORT+” mobile application by entering their mobile phone number, receiving and entering the SMS verification code. After logging in, they will be able to write a weekly log of symptoms, view past medical records, and consult medical care online personnel during office hours.

“SUPPORT+” works on Apple or Android phones or tablets. Please download the latest version of the “SUPPORT+” mobile app from App Store or Google Play.

3. What should I do if the phone fails, is lost or replaced?

Registered users can download from the App Store or Google Play in a new phone and log in to “SUPPORT+”. If you encounter login problems, please contact the “SUPPORT+” team for follow-up.
