Sweet Potato Sweet Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 4 pieces old ginger
  • 1 piece slab sugar
  • 1000ml water

Directions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes. 
  2. Wash the ginger, slice it and pat it lightly.
  3. Boil the water.
  4. Add sliced ​​ginger and sweet potatoes.
  5. After the water boils again, turn to medium-low power and cook for another 20-30 minutes until the sweet potatoes are soft.
  6. Add sugar.
