Nutritional Value
Daylily and black fungus are rich in iron, which can help produce red blood cells, improve blood circulation and prevent iron-deficiency anemia. In addition, daylily and black fungus are rich in protein and particularly high in fiber. Dietary fiber can help intestinal peristalsis and prevent constipation.
If you want to reduce the fat from chicken, you can remove the chicken skin before cooking. Chicken tenderloin can also be used, but the taste may not be as good as chicken drumsticks.
